Kivoos Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the products and services on Kivoos.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following conditions.


1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in brand-new condition, and includes its original packaging and order receipt.
  • You submit a return request via Hello@Kivoos.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Only items purchased from Kivoos.com are eligible for returns. If purchased from another platform, please contact the respective seller.
  • Promotional or discounted items are non-returnable.
  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong item purchased), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Correct shipping address

After review, we will provide a free replacement. However, if the damage is caused by improper use, an additional replacement fee may apply.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. We will process your request as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled, as it has entered the logistics process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Promotional/discounted items
Customized products (e.g., personalized engravings or special orders)
Used or damaged items

  • Unauthorized returns will not be processed for refunds.
