Customs & Duties

Tracking Orders

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the items. We will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
