🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order. Please note that processing times may be delayed due to holidays or stock availability.
✨ Order Cancellation and Address Change
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours of confirming your order. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it may have already entered the shipping process.
- Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours before the order is shipped. After this time, we may not be able to update the address, as the order may have already been dispatched.
🚚 Tracking Service
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check the shipping status of your order.
📦 Shipping Delays

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact customer service immediately (hello@Kivoos.com). If the package has not been marked as "delivered" and has not arrived within 45 days from the shipping date, we will replace your order free of charge. Please note that once the package is marked as "delivered" by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
🚫 Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to customs duties or taxes, they will be responsible for all return shipping, customs charges, and handling fees.
⚠️ Special Reminders
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- If the package is damaged, please do not open it. Contact the courier first and report the issue to us. We will assist you with the claim.
